Triyon gives you three distinct controls. Pick whichever matches what you want to remove. All requests are processed within 7 days and backups containing your data are purged within 30 days.
This permanently removes your Triyon account, every photo you've uploaded, every try-on result, your wardrobe, your combos, your body models, and any unused credits or subscription.
If you've lost your phone or can't open the app, fill out the form below and we'll process the deletion within 7 days. We'll send a confirmation email to your account email so we know it's really you.

Useful if you want a clean slate without losing your subscription or credits balance. Removes every body photo, garment photo, face reference, try-on, and combo cover.
Submit this and we will stop including your photos in any new AI-training dataset within 30 days. Your account, photos, credits, and try-on history all stay exactly as they are. We can still send your photos to AI providers when you request a try-on — that's how we generate your result.
We confirm by email within 7 days. Photos already incorporated into a model snapshot may not be removable from that snapshot, but we will not include them in any future snapshot.
If any of the buttons above bounce back or you can't access the app, email us at privacy@triyon.app. Send the request from the email address tied to your account so we can verify it's you. We respond within 7 days, usually faster.
