Terms of service

1. Acceptance

By creating a Triyon account or using the Triyon app or website, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Triyon.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EU/EEA, or whatever the local digital-consent age is in your jurisdiction). You must be old enough to enter a binding contract under your local law.

3. Your account

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secret.
• You are responsible for everything that happens through your account.
• One person, one account. You may not transfer or sell your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload images of other people without their consent.
• Upload nude, sexual, violent, hateful, or otherwise objectionable images. Our automated and human moderators will block them and may suspend your account.
• Use Triyon to impersonate, harass, deceive, or defraud anyone.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, automate, or otherwise abuse the API or the app.
• Strip out attribution, copyright notices, or our trademarks.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, credit deductions, or paywalls.
• Use Triyon to build a competing AI training dataset.
• Use Triyon for any unlawful purpose under your local jurisdiction.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the photos and metadata you upload ("your content"). By uploading, you grant Triyon a worldwide, royalty-free license to:

• store and display your content back to you in the app,
• send your content to AI generation providers so they can produce the try-on result you requested,
• use your content to improve our AI models — unless you opt out (see Privacy §6),
• use thumbnails or non-identifying examples in marketing — only with your separate, explicit in-app consent.

You represent and warrant that you own or have permission to upload everything you upload.

6. AI-generated results

Triyon produces images by running prompts and your inputs through third-party AI models. AI output is non-deterministic. We make no guarantee that:

• any particular result will be flattering, accurate, or usable,
• the same inputs will produce the same output twice,
• results match real-world fit, color, fabric, or sizing.

Treat Triyon's output as a creative preview, not a tailored fit. Do not rely on it for medical, safety-related, or legally-binding decisions.

7. Intellectual property

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Triyon grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your own non-commercial purposes. Everything else is reserved. The Triyon name, logo, and editorial design are trademarks of the Triyon operator.

8. Purchases, credits, and subscriptions

• Credits, subscriptions, and the No-Ads Lifetime upgrade are sold through Apple's App Store, Google Play, and third-party billing partners. Your purchase is governed by their terms first; ours apply on top.
• Free trial credits are granted at sign-up and may be granted again at our discretion.
• All purchases are non-refundable except where required by your local consumer-protection law (you have a 14-day right of withdrawal in the EU; you have a refund window per Google Play / Apple App Store rules; etc.).
• We may change prices on a forward-looking basis with 14 days' notice. Existing subscriptions remain at their original price for the current period.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless you cancel through your store of purchase before the renewal date.
• Redeem codes are not transferable for cash, and may expire.

9. Ads

The free tier of Triyon shows ads via Google AdMob. By using the free tier, you consent to ad serving. Ad-free use is available via the No-Ads Lifetime upgrade, an active monthly subscription, or by redeeming a no-ads code. See Privacy §7.

10. Suspension and termination

We can suspend or terminate your account if:

• you violate these Terms,
• your activity threatens platform integrity (abuse, fraud, repeated charge-backs),
• we are required to by law.

You can terminate your account at any time — see the account deletion page.

11. No warranty

Triyon is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied (including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement) to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Triyon (and our suppliers, contractors, and AI providers) is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Our aggregate liability to you for all claims related to Triyon is limited to the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) US$50.

Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits — in that case, the limit is the smallest amount permitted by your local law.

13. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Triyon harmless from any claim arising out of (a) content you upload, (b) your breach of these Terms, or (c) your unlawful or harmful use of the service.

14. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Triyon's operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be brought in the courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer-protection law gives you the right to sue locally.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms. If we make material changes we will notify you in-app and by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance of the new Terms.
